It can be applied to any fruit based liquor and simple syrup . So technically it could be a different color , but I have only seen red .

Bill , I have been wanting to thank-you for your posts at the end of September . It was very compassionate of you .
Indeed . Some things one must simply accept .
I won't soon forget your kind-hearted words . Thanks .

You're quite welcome. I'm glad my thoughts on the subject were helpful. Actually, looking back, I feel they had a bit of a defeatist tone.

Maybe , Bill . But you know what I felt I had to do . Your warning taken with great weight , regarding your past unsuccessful attempt(s) . In this place where such sentiment can be carelessly discarded or mocked it was a brave move on your part to speak so directly and frankly . I admire that . And it helped me .
As I've been going through my days you can not believe how many Old Irish Blessings I've seen on refrigerators , dashboards , one bumper sticker . It's like when you are thinking of buying a specific kind of car and suddenly you see it everywhere .

Doesn't it depend on which area of Grenada it's made in?

grenadine - from the French 'grenade' meaning pomegranate. So far as I know pomegranates are not grown in Grenada.
